A woman is run off the freeway and almost killed by a crazy van-driver. The police doesn't take her story very seriously until a second woman is killed under the same circumstances. A news reporter starts investigating the similarities between the incidents. It won't be long until she discovers the van-driver's whereabouts...Directed by Hal Needham. Written by William Wood.
