Melvin is a nerdish gym janitor who lives in Tromaville. A small town witch is the capital of toxic waste. All the "cool" guys treat him with disrespect until one day their prank goes to far and Melvin ends up stuck in a barrel of toxic waste upside-down. His life changes dramatically as he gets transformed into the Toxic Avenger. A beast of superhuman strength and size with the intention to serve justice in his own way.
