A group of hunters is attacked by a wild animal. Charlie survives the attack but becomes the witness of his brother's violent death. Seven years later his teenage nephew Derek, son of his late brother, steals from his stepfather the keys to his isolated cabin in the woods to spend the weekend partying with his friends. There, they are attacked by a Beast that kills his friends sadistically and Derek manages to escape along with his girlfriend Sam.
